Looking into the Past

This is an illustration that I did for my Animation/Illustration Fundamentals class at San Jose State. This painting is about what would an ancient samurai warrior think of how we commercialize the idea of "samurai" in today's world. Would they be proud of how they are viewed or disgraced? This could go for pretty much any historical figure and how they are viewed.

Mixed feeling about the painting, some of it I like, other parts I don't.
